Prices are collected from 10 wholesale markets: Moldova (Chisinau, Balti, Edinet Ungheni, Cahul), Ukraine (Izmail, Odessa, Kotovsk), Romania (Galati, Constanta).

The price provided by "Agrimarket-Blacksea" MIS is just a reference price and shows regional trends and differences, but it is not a guaranteed selling price.

Weekly wholesale prices are collected every Thursday at a specific time (when the sampled markets have the highest number of deals)

Minimum price is the most frequently observed minimum price for a specific product. Prices for products that are sold at a lower price than usual, due to the deteriorating quality or insufficient quantity, are not considered.

Maximum price is the most frequently observed highest price for a specific product.

Average price is the most frequently observed price on the market. If there is a shortage of a particular product on the market, the average price may be equal to the maximum price and vice versa.

To record a price, prices are collected from at least 3 vendors. When the product is widely available on the market, prices are collected from 5 vendors.
